Gradislava has a MA degree in Studies on the European Union and Central Asia in the International System (Berlin, 2012), PhD (2007), Master Business of Administration (2006), MA in Economics (2004). A graduate of philosophical and economic faculty of Kazakh State University (Almaty).

Experience

From August 2009 to July 2011 he worked as a consultant in the project IFC (International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank Group) on corporate governance in Central Asia.

Prior to joining IFC Gradislava a senior lecturer of the Kazakh Economic University. Ryskulov, Deputy Director of the Master of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan; in auditing and consulting company «Deloitte» senior business coach and consultant.

He has extensive business practices in companies in Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan, has conducted more than 100

training for middle and senior managers of private and public companies;

government officials from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Ukraine and Tajikistan.

He is a member of the Board of Corporate Secretaries of "Samruk-Kazyna", Chairman of the Club of Corporate Secretaries of Kazakhstan. Gradislava is a major developer and coach certification programs of Corporate Secretaries Group «Samruk-Kazyna", which has been operating since 2011 .; a major developer and trainer of the program "Corporate Governance" for executives in the Executive Education Center (Executive Education Center) at the University of KIMEP.

Gender Studies

In 2008-2009. initiative research conducted on the gender composition of boards of directors of the banking sector of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan; In 2010, for the conduct of this study won a nomination contest IFC.

In 2012 in Berlin with a thesis on «The Economical Process of Transformation in Central Asia: a Case of Gender Diversity in the Corporate Governance in Kazakhstan».

In March 2013 the company «Governance & Management Consulting» together with the IFC held an event «Central Asia: Women Leaders in Corporate Governance», which was attended by 27 women (members of the board of directors and board members) from 20 companies of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.

In May 2013 Gradislava participated in the regional conference «Board Diversity and Women Leadership» (Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina).

In the period from 2004 to 2014. He is a professor in the School of Business at the University of International Business (UIB, Almaty) conducts courses on "Corporate Governance", "Business negotiations", "Business Ethics", "Organizational Behavior". I teach courses in the MBA program at the Corporate University "Samruk-Kazyna" (Astana), the branch of the School of Business at the Kazakh Economic University. T.Ryskulov (Astana) in the Executive Education Center, KIMEP University (Almaty).

Achievements

In 2004, won a research grant ACTR / ACCELS (USAID) «Corruption in the oil-producing countries." In 2009, Gradislava won the contest for the title of "The best teacher of high school in Kazakhstan - 2008", and received a grant from the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan.

Author of textbooks "World Economy and International Relations" (2002), "Corruption in the oil-producing countries" (2002), "Collection of training programs for the teaching of ethics in universities" (2004), "The collection of materials of the international scientific conference of young researchers" Oil and the Future Kazakhstan: study Young "(2003)," Dictionary of the terms of corporate governance "(2009).

She has published more than 50 articles on corporate governance in scientific journals in Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Czech Republic and South Korea.
